Does stopping exercising cause hair loss?
I'm 27 .I had been working out for more than two years and I had no serious hair loss. Then I stopped and during the last 6 month, I've lost lots of hair :((
I have tried some hair loss shampoos like Alpecin and Science and taken some hair vitamins. No positive results.
I was thinking that maybe Testosterone that was already helping me gaining muscle is now causing hair loss.
Any idea? Help pls
Thank you.

Stopping exercise is likely not the cause of your hair loss. While testosterone is considered to be linked to genetic male pattern hair loss, there is little evidence that a person's diet or exercise can accelerate or slow this particular process. More likely, you have been losing hair for a while now, and only recently has it become noticeable and more aggressive. It is believed that a person loses about 50% of their hair before hair loss is even noticeable. The rate, pattern, and age that a person experiences hair loss varies greatly between people, so it may have just coincidentally picked up at this time.
There are some medications to help slow or deter hair loss, such as Finasteride and Minoxidil, but check with your doctor if those are appropriate for your case.
Hair transplant is also an option, especially considering the no-scar Neograft approach. http://www.advancedhairseattle.com/neograft-vs-tra...

The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMmii It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss. There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

You can try Bawang Anti-fall and Renewal Shampoo. A number of friends have used the product and told me it prevents hairs from falling and makes the hair thicker.
I have also seen the following video from YouTube. The product looks quite promising.

The product contains Chinese herbs extracts which can restrain and balance the sebum, nourish hair follicles, strengthen the hair root to make hair stronger and prevent hair loss. Bawang is not available in all countries. You can find it at the ebay.
