Mainstream is not OK for young girls?

Hi everyone

I have a sister that is a typical mainstream girl, she is 14 and already she is wearing make-up, wearing really short pants, loves pop music and she really wants to wear high heels. In her age that is not only inappropriate but wrong. In a few years she will probably wear a thong even though she already is during summer with bathing suit

It's an accident waiting to happen, she will either get raped by boys she is hanging out with and you can see on their faces the aren't thrust worthy, god forbid teenage pregnancy or even abused, kidnapped by some pedophile because of the way she looks, her role models are ofc her friends and pop culture female singers that say it's ok to show as much skin as possible.

So my question is, how to convince her to get rid of this "mainstream whore look", since she is surrounded daily by music videos and her friends. I'd be god damned if I'm gonna let something happen to my sister just because some major mainstream company promote that nudity is OK

So please if you have any advise, any kind, let me know, because her mother thinks it's normal, our dad died when she was little only one that can do anything it's me.
