yes, we all think A. Because its something that is obvious, It does not mean that thoughts are the same. We develop as a person, we think things nobody else ever will. we think in different, unique ways. We think all the time, so odds are we will sometimes think the same as other people.
Proof we think differently: in debates, we have different opinions, so we are thinkin about our own opinion, and disagreeing with the other side.
