It's actually "Pangs of a Perished Pleasure."

A "pang" is a sharp feeling of distress. You can have, for example, a pang of hunger or a pang of sadness.

A "perished pleasure" is something she used to take pleasure in that died.

In Soeur Louise de la Misericorde, the narrator seems to be sad that she's become an old woman. She isn't attractive to men anymore, and no one wants her.

And she feels "pangs of a perished pleasure," meaning that from time to time, she'll suddenly feel anguish that she used to love being desired by men, flirting with men, having sex with men, and she'll never get to do that again. That pleasurable part of her life is dead now.
