Hey vegan folks, what do you put in your coffee?

I guess this question applies to anyone who's eliminated dairy. Anyway, I'm trying eliminating dairy for a few days to see if that helps the stomach problems I've been having, and I'm at a loss for what to put in my coffee. Not that I drink it that much, but when I do I use normal non-dairy creamer (which isn't really, as we all know). My first thought was chocolate almond milk, but that doesn't really sound very good. And then I wondered, what do vegan people use? So, vegan/non-dairy people, what do you put in your coffee?

Coconut milk and maple syrup. I've tried everything, and this combination is the best.

I use regular almond milk, and I heat it up to mix it half and half with the coffee. I had not thought of using chocolate almond milk, but it sounds like it could be worth trying if you like mocha flavor.

If you don't want to have to heat the milk, there are soy and coconut based creamers that are thick enough that you can use less, causing less heat loss to your coffee. Both of these are pretty tasty.

I drink mine black. When I first started eliminating, I switched to soy and started using less and less each time until I didn't need it anymore. I try to avoid soy, but the coffee shop I always went to at that time had no other dairy free options

When I drank coffee, organic unsweetened plain soy milk, or coconut milk both work excellent because they have a nice rich taste and give the coffee a nice golden color. Almond milk was too watery. For sweetening, stevia or agave nectar.

I'm not a vegan, but I REALLY love putting coconut milk (the thicker, canned kind, Goya's Coco de Leche, which I strain through a cheesecloth and store in the fridge--so rich and creamy!) in my espresso. I sweeten with palm sugar. Other commercial non-dairy milks are too watery.

i take advantage of Silk Soy milk, and propose just about any style different than possibly unsweetened. Vanilla and Chocolate are the two advantageous, yet so are straightforward and Plus with Omega 3/DHA. i do no longer basically like the creamer, certainly. i've got basically bought it some cases, even nonetheless it truly is had little chunks in it each and every time, and that i'm no longer partial to that. i've got not experienced that with Silk's prevalent soy milk. i do no longer sweeten my espresso, yet as quickly as I did, i might attempt agave nectar. It comes as a liquid, and in case you purchase the mild style (as detrimental to the dark) it has just about no style different than basically candy.

Don't really drink coffee, but if I did I would probably do coffee and cocoa. I love the rich taste of both. Probably would be okay for you since you don't drink that much.

I don't put anything in coffee, I think it tastes a lot better that way.
