How much economic aid does Libya recieve and give and from who ? someone helppp?

this was one of my history questions and I couldnt find anything on it !!!!!!!!!!1

    Qaddafi built a country of tent dwellers into a well to do nation. NATO destroyed it and is now trying to bankrupt it with aid that includes high interest rates.

    They don´t get economic aid.

    We buy their oil (and now bomb gadaffi because it looks like the rebels offered "us" a better deal for the future)
