I don't think so. I think Freud has some theory on dreams about having a dump. The usually symbolize some sort of unconscious conflict or wish fullfillment or something. That said, I'm sure a few people schnazzed their tighty whities after defecation dreams...give it a go, see what happens.

Probably not. But if you dream about peeing then you can pee in real life. That happened to me when I was really little. Haha.
