I think it was my bank they used to have a really sad song from the 80s. I'm not that much of a sensitive person but certain songs sound so long suffering to me and this was one of them. Its not bad really, it just means that by the time I got on the phone I just wanted to tell her everything was going to be ok. I definitely dont think I could have been angry - probably the whole idea haha.

I spoke to this woman recently and when she put me on hold LMFAO - rock party anthem starting playing lol... if only everyones used that sort of music... you'd be a little more excited about being left on hold anyway. Most people just play random violins now days or advertise stuff.
