I have microsoft task launcher?
I have my business taxes in the spreadsheet. The columns that I added will not print so I only get half of my information. How do I get rest of the columns to print?

The reference to the "microsoft task launcher" makes me think you're running Microsoft Works. And, if you are, that is a huge mistake. Only other MS-Works users can even open / share these file types.
MS-Works does NOT belong in a business environment, period. You should be using MS-Excel, part of MS-Office 2010, at the very least.
Talk to your Business Tax Accountant, he can recommend a FULL Business Accounting Application that allows the two of you to share files, NOT just share Print Outs (that's so "OLD SCHOOL"), and, you'll save Accountancy data-entry fees, too. AND, he can likely recommend a good Personal Income Tax App for you, too.
