If you are to have sex with someone, you MUST tell them you have AIDS before hand. You can get in serious trouble if you dont.

TELL WHO? umm if they are a potential sexual partner then YES, you can be prosecuted if you intentionally infect someone with AIDS knowing you have it already. If you do not tell your partner then how do you think that would make them feel? TERRIBLE. Now any joe blow off the street that you meet, friends or whatever no you don't have to tell everyone your personal medical history, but if it involves sexual or blood contact and something that could infect someone then YES you must tell them

Who is "them"? By law, if you know you have HIV, the virus that can lead to AIDS, you MUST tell your sexual partners. Not doing so could result in conviction and a long prison sentence. In most other cases, you have no legal obligation to reveal your status.

If you are truly HIV-positive and have AIDS it is your moral obligation to inform any sexual partners before having sex

DEFINITELY A MUST! you dont want to be the cause of them having a miserable life health-wise that could be cut short due to something you did not say. If she had vaginal herpes you would want her to tell you right? NOT JUST TRANSFER THE DISEASE!

If this is a troll: Lol
If this isn't a troll: Of course. It's common sense. It depends on who you mean though. If a sexual partner, duh. You can get in really big trouble if you give someone Aids and mean it.
