Do you really NEED a license to drive?
I mean, it's not like you need it to start the car or anything. You can drive without your license. I don't want to have to wait 3 more years to get mine

yes you need one. if you get pulled over by the cops, they will arrest you, and you will be on a restricted license for some time.. please do not drive...so I am guessing you are 13 years old. if so, you might be sent to juvenile hall.. :)

No, you need the license to prove you paid the "man" off. Fail to "bribe" the man and his thugs will bust your head.
