Good cosplay ideas? Willing to dye hair?

I want to cosplay a character with blonde hair down to waste and blue eyes.

I wanted her personality to be a bit like mine but that doesn't matter so

I'm willing to dye my hair but prefer i didnt have to

if i do dye my hair i didn't wanna dye it a brown color since it'll be in there for a while, a green or blue or purple red maybe.
