I was going to purchase a mini chopper from my friend, I crashed it and got scars on me. Can I sue?
I was going to buy a mini chopper, 49cc 4 stroke, from my friend. I was told that there was a leak in the tank and I wouldnt have to pay for it until I fixed it. I got the tank fixed, and got the tires pumped and replaced them myself. While I was riding it, the breakline snapped, I crashed and nearly got killed and I got scars all over me, can I sue for the scars since he never told me there was a problem with the break line? I need help!

You could I can't imagine you'd do too well given the risk you took for your own safety.
