I live in Massachusetts. I was driving at about 2am, and pulled out of a street right near a cemetery. I drove about 500ft and saw a state trooper behind me, as well as a city officer. The trooper was a complete dick. I tried to give him my license and registration and he threw the registration in my face and said all he wanted was my license. He told me to get out of my truck and go to the back. He then frisked me and my friend down, then searched through everything in my truck and ripped it apart. Not once did he ask for consent to do so, and he threw my friends arms on the truck violently. I don't want any answers saying "there cops they can do whatever" give me legal answers please. Can I bring it too court? He has absolutely no "probably cause" to search. Please let me know.

I have a 1999 Ford f150XLT, 246,000 miles. There has been a high pitch squeeling sound, and my service engine soon light is on. Not sure if I just need an oil change, but I brought it to a mechanic and they said the noise was just a bearing that's worn down. I don't want to mess around with the oil, don't need my engine to blow up. Someone help! Thanks.

I am 18 years old, and currently enlisted with the MA Army National guard. I have only been in for about 3 months, and I was recently diagnosed with Meniere's disease. Sadly, I had to get all my medical documents, which said I have ADD/ADHD, and a ton of concussions. I was told that ADD/ADHD is a permanent disqualifier, and I am most likley getting discharged. I just want to know if this is going to mess me up later in life applying for a Police Agency, and if there is any benefits what so ever for at least attempting to serve. I would do anything in the world to stay in, but the doctors down at MEP's could care less.

I have a 2001 Saab 9-5, and its had troubles with the oil. I was told it could be a head gasket, or the turbo charger. But when I accelerate, white/bluish smoke comes out my tailpipe, sometimes a very large amount. But this morning I got in my car drove about 1 mile and when I went to take a turn, the car died. The oil light came on, and my RPM's dropped to below 1000 and I lost all power. I read a little bit and some said it could be the oil pump, but I am stumped on this one. HELP!

Alright, So yesturday I was told by my mother that my younger brother, Liam, whom is 14 years old and has Autism, was riding the special ed school bus to his school. They had asked one of the teachers to follow the van, just in case anything happened. About 1 mile from our home, my younger brother unlatched himself from his saftey harness, crawled over 2 seats, and jumped out the back of the van. Had the teacher not stopped and chased him, he might not be alive. The van he rides on has 2 "monitors" sitting with the children. 1 of the monitors is a legal midgit, my brother is 180 pounds, and could easily get away from this woman. The monitors did nothing to stop my brother and he jumped out of the van. I was shocked when I heard this news and we thought legal action should be taken, for not being able to take proper care of my brother, and allowing him to jump out of the back of the van. I need some serious legal help, and would like to take this company to court. Thanks a lot

I am selling a stereo system to a guy for $600, he wrote a $1700 check on accident. What happens if I keep all the money, will I get in trouble? Or is he at fault? HELP!

I was going to buy a mini chopper, 49cc 4 stroke, from my friend. I was told that there was a leak in the tank and I wouldnt have to pay for it until I fixed it. I got the tank fixed, and got the tires pumped and replaced them myself. While I was riding it, the breakline snapped, I crashed and nearly got killed and I got scars all over me, can I sue for the scars since he never told me there was a problem with the break line? I need help!

Imagine you have a prison that has 100 cells, all locked.

Suppose the first guard goes through and unlocks every cell,

the second guard goes through and changes the state of every other cell starting with #2

then the 3rd guard goes through and changes the state of every third cell begginging with #3,

The fourth guard changes the state of every 4th locker starting with #4,

I live in Massachusetts, and my family is moving to Maine, I am only 16 years old and I was thinking if I want to stay in Massachusetts am I aloud to live with a friend? Also is there paper work my friends parents need to sign in order to be my legal guardians, because, for example, If I needed a note to not go to school, I need a legal guardian to write me one, will my friends parents be the new guardians? My son works at Market Basket, one of the employees boyfriends went into there and threatened to hurt my son. The employee's boyfriend came in with another boy and they were both african american and my son is about 5 foot 7 inches. When the managers found out, they did not call me, his mother. Can I sue market basket?
