Hmmm..this is a hard one. I'd say Rage and love, and depression. people use rage a lot of time to make themselves stronger, or motivated. "True power comes from a serene state of mind. THis is the secret to the Super Mode"- Schwarz Bruder, Mobile Fighter G Gundam. If this is true, then Rage is rather useless.

I think love is wasted a lot, especially on those who don't need it, particularly in trying to win the klove of someone who's clearly not interested. And if they DO say yes, it's only to use you. You give them the best, and when they've sucked you dry, they'll move on to the next person.

Also, depression. I do not beliieve that depression is really a medical condition, but a state of mind. Just get happy! Do someth ting that takes away your sorrows! Read a good book, watch your favorite show, play your favorite game, eat your favorite food, but don't over eat, look at funny pics on the web, call your friends, hang out,go work out, GREAT stress reliever. Or plot global domination, that works too....

    Anger, hatred and envy.

Anger and hatred makes me feel bad afterwords and it makes my head hurts, it wastes energy and worse, be dislike by others while envy made me dislike others, which is something I do not want to do. I try to accept others as well as tolerate.

And also love. It is the most wasted. So wasted, I don't even think about it. There are two roads in love, happiness and sadness, it all depends but true love is truly hard to find...

On the contrary, the one emotion I wanted to fell most is love and happiness...

Probably love is the most wasted emotion because it never lives up to it's expectations no matter how hard you try and as time goes by, the initial emotion of love never seems as powerful as when it first began and yet, although it still prevails within the mind it never has the same impact as it once did.

Anger is the most destructive emotion with the least benefits. It is of no service to the one who is angry or the person one is angry with. It leaves a path of destruction and pain. Once anger is released it can not be taken back. It is better to step back and wait until the episode passes so that one can think clearly and not reactive.

Anger because you raise your own blood pressure without affecting the other person one iota.

Anger because one angry word can sour a relationship for ever and because anger is irrational, once you've calmed down, you didn't mean most of the things you've said but it's too late to take them back.

Anger because it leads to violence ... which never ends well.

Like the first answerer, jealousy. I waste so much time being worked up over nothing.

Hatred closely followed by jealousy. Hatred is totally uncompromising and only leads destruction in one way or another. Jealousy it eats away at you and leads to hatred. With both emotions. nobody gains anything but pain.
