What IEP laws does Head Start in Indiana have to follow?

My son is getting in trouble constantly at head start due to his disability that results in aggressive behaviors if not properly supervised and intervention between him and other students to facilitate communication. We are having an IEP meeting on Thursday to discuss his needs at the developmental preschool. Does head start have to follow all the stipulations in his IEP? If they stipulate an one-on-one aid does Head Start have to provide it even if they do not want to pay for an aide for him? His psychologist says he needs one and so does his teacher. I do not know if we will be able to prove it to the school. (fingers crossed but understand this is extremely difficult even when needed)

Any help would he appreciated.

If your child is three or older and has an IEP, then the public school district pays the costs associated with his IEP. This would include the cost of a one-on-one assistant. They might pay Head Start to provide one or hire one directly to be with your child in the Head Start classroom.
