Any extra tips on losing weight THE RIGHT WAY?
So, for two weeks now I have been doing a program called INSANITY. I have changed my diet for the most part: I have substituted all pork with turkey and fish, and only eat lean beef once in a while. I eat eggs in the morning for protein, and have replaced my milk with almond and coconut milk. All sweets have been pretty much tossed out of the window except for some frozen yogurt whenever I get a really bad sweet tooth. I don't eat a lot of bread anymore, and if I do, it is whole grain/ flat bread. I do eat some rice, only because it is cheap and better than potatoes as a side dish (or so I have heard). I replaced dinner with a lean shake from GNC, and have put peppers in EVERYTHING to help the burn. I drink water all as much as I can. I want to join the military really badly and unfortunately still have quite a bit to go. Are there any other tips you guys can offer? Recipes, great programs that have worked? I will try anything when it comes to recipes/ diet tips, and after this program will try anything!

It sounds like you are very committed and serious about your diet! I would drop the almond milk (almost no protein) and coconut milk (too much fat) and replace them with normal, skim milk. Skim milk has zero fat, and is high in healthy protein, which you need in order to lose weight yet retain lean muscle mass.
Losing weight the right way requires both diet and exercise. You'll need to read up a little on nutrition and adopt a calorie-restricted diet (aim for no more than 20% below what you need to stay at the same weight) that is high in protein and complex carbs, and low in fat. There are many online calorie calculators to help you determine how much you should be eating based on your age, gender, height, weight, and activity level.
You will also need to exercise. Aerobic exercise helps with fat loss, which seems to be your primary concern. These are activities such as running, swimming, biking, etc. Anaerobic exercise, by contrast, helps with muscular conditioning. Lean muscle tissue will, in turn, increase your basal metabolic rate and help you to lose weight (and keep it off).
Lastly, you need to have reasonable expectations. Losing 5 or more pounds a week is possible, but is neither reasonable nor safe. People do not like to be told that losing from one up to two pounds a week is the most you can do in a healthful way, but this is the truth. Of course it is not unusually to lose weight faster than this when you first start a workout program, but these early gains do not last long. If you experience this, recognize it for what it is and stick to your diet and exercise plan. The weight will come off.
Good luck!

You naturally must cut back your calorie consumption or develop your calorie expenditure. It's elementary mathematics. If not anything occurs it is considering the fact that you burn the equal you devour. So, devour much less, undertaking extra, or each.
