As a fan for 44 years I had always heard that there was an unwritten rule that if you playing a contender you played all out to win. Last night we saw the end of that era for sure, and with it went another piece of the integrity and class of the game, Sorry but I don't see how that qualifys as the best night of regular season baseball ever!
