How do I get the sound bar speakers to work in my new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport?
I just got the new Jeep yesterday,with 6 speakers installed.I can't find on the unit itself how to get the sound bar speakers to turn on.And there are no instructions in the paper manual or on the DVD.I got the standard stereo,no Sirius or touch-screen.Just the basic unit.
I would appreciate any help anyone can give.Thank you !!
The other 4 speakers are working fine.

From what I've been told, the sound bar speakers are automatically set at a lower volume than the front four speakers. I'm not sure why - maybe because they're right behind our heads? I've noticed that on my stock stereo, I barely notice that they are on, unless I play with the fader. It just might seem like they aren't working because they are at a much lower volume than the others. In any case, you're still under warranty. Might as well have the dealer see what's up.

This will come as a shock to you, but there is an owner's manual that came with your new Jeep. Read it. If the the sound bar still does not work take the Jeep back to the dealership and have them check it.

There may be a short somewhere. Take it back to the dealership and they should fix it for free. Hope you enjoy your new 2012 jeep. I hear the new engine is suppose to be pretty sweet.
