I have a customer for my online website who is from a different country, but they can't buy anything because they don't have American money or a credit card! HELP!!! I don't want to lose my customer!

    It sounds like the beginning of a scam.

    Sounds like this is a new customer and the excuse is bogus. The customer is probably asking you to ship now and he or she will pay later? Don't fall for it. Instead, politely ask them to either open a pay pal account or go to any bank in their country to get a US money order! There is also the currency exchange that you call that will answer any monetary exchange questions you have. Be wary if they are requesting a direct deposit to your account!!!!
