Never risk it if you are prego. You can never be too careful with a babies life.

Some skin rashes/changes are normal during pregnancy. Could you describe your rash?
It never hurts to give your OB a call and explain your symptoms.

I broke out in hives all over my body when I was 8 weeks pregnant. I couldn't keep a thing down either. The doctors chalked it up to some kind of virus but I honestly think it was something else. Either way if it's bothering you then I would talk to your doctor about it.
