A good proxy to bypass youtube block?

Something that will let me stream. Please help. My new work place drags.

    Get a proxy IP from that list and configure it in your proxy settings in firefox or whatever browser you use.

    For youtube, try to get an USA proxy from that site, USA proxy servers has more chances to work with youtube.
