    I'm not really sure what you are asking, but one thought that comes to my mind is that we shouldn't "borrow trouble from tomorrow " we have enough today and tomorrow will take care of itself,and the problems we worried about often don't even happen.

    Also, enjoy and cherish today, for we can't really be sure that we'll have tomorrow..
