Different couriers use different teminology when you track parcels online. In answer to your question about the first two lines, your parcel was loaded onto a van or truck for delivery to you at 7.36 am on 5th Oct.
Then it confirmed that at 10.14 am on the same day it was still in the truck for delivery as the driver delivered all of the parcels.
You have to read the lines from bottom in order to realise the different stages that your parcel has gone through.

the 2nd one means that it has left the depot and it will be meeting with the courier.
the 1st means it is with the driver and on its way too you.
DHL now use people with cars to deliver on their behalf so.....
so explaination again
2nd one, it is on a van on the way to meet the delivery person.
1st one, it is with the delivery person and on way to you...
