Last night i tried ordering something online, but kept having a error message so ended up giving up thought id try again tomorrow sometime.

Today then i went into town, went to use my card for some Christmas presents in store and my card got declined... i tried again, declined again, luckily i had the cash on me to save anymore embarrassment , i then went into my local barclays branch checked my balance on machine, all normal, went to speak to a member of staff who swiped my card, looked into my account but couldn't see no problem ... They asked me to use there phone in branch and speak to someone on the phones to look into my account more, i done so, spoke to a man on the phones who again couldn't see no problem with my account and just said it could just be a problem with my card itself and would send me out a new card in the next few days... ,

I then went to there cash machines in branch just to double check again my account balance and see if it would draw money out, my balance was fine all normal yet my card then allowed me to draw money out with no problem... which i found strange as online and in shops my card isnt working and surely if there was a issue with the card itself it shouldn't work in the machine either? But like i mentioned i drew out money no problem.

I then went home and tried paying a bill online thinking if its my card thats just the problem like barclays believes or something, surely me ordering something online should work ,but no again error messages declining me ordering online, i tried a couple of other sites online to pay for things but nope nothing is working still so i cant pay or buy nothing online.

I don't understand this as ok if there is a problem with my card itself, like barclays think, surley i should still be able to use my account online to pay for things?

Like i mentioned i used a cash machine using my card and it worked fine, its just in shops and online, is this normal for my card to be doing this as surley i should still be able to use online? I thought mabey a block might of been put on my account, this has happened before a few months back due to fraud suspect which turned out to be nothing, but like i mentioned ive been in branch, also phoned and know1 can see a problem, they are sending me out a new card but im confused as if my card is the problem why is it working in a cash machine, and why isnt my account able to buy stuff online, as of course im not using my chip n pin etc online to buy for things ,so im confused, can anyone suggest what might be the problem? anyone had similar issues?

Hi, does anyone whats ok to wear at wembley stadium hospitality area? It says, smart casual on the website, and no team colours. But when it says smart casual, does that mean you can wear like jeans but with a smart shirt or top, or only like black trousers?

i had photos of my baby done at a studio ,i now have the photos back they are beautiful but i was wondering ,the photos dont have any logo on them or any copyright mark on the back so does that mean if i wanted larger copies or any copies i can go anywhere such as a cheaper shop who copies photos ect to do them for me for half the price the studio would? like i mentioned the photos have no logo or copyright mark, they just sau fuji ( bla bla ) on the back

Our washing machine has locked for the second time in about a week, its a refurbished washing machine (hotpoint) only had it a month ,worked fine the first few washes but one day last week we did a wash and it cut out about a minute into the wash, finally got it working and did the wash but then the door wouldnt open, i switched off by the mains, did another wash, still locked etc. We got the company we brought it from to come up and sort it, he managed to open door and tightened up the washing machine door lock or something, ive done two washes since and everythings been fine, i done a wash tonight , had trouble shutting the door to start with ,door wouldnt lock or hold, when it did nothing happen, machine wasnt starting up, waited, still nothing, so i opened the door again and closed it and it finally started up ,now its locked again and wont open, ive switched the machine on and off, ive put it on a quick spin wash, still the same. what could the problem be? happened twice now not happy

We have a hotpoint washing machine, i did a wash earlier and for some reason when i turned it on the certain wash setting it started up fine ,releasing the water etc, but then turned itself off :S , i gave it abit of a kick and it started working again, then the machine turned itself off again a minute or so later, i gave it another bit of a kick and shuv and turned dial abit and it started working, finally washed the clothes, then at the end the door wouldnt open, the lock light is just on red at all times and wont open, i looked online and some people were saying to do another wash and the door should open, but i did another wash and still the same thing, door wont open, my boyfriend had a fiddle around with it and by accident turned the dial so it started doing another wash so we let it just do the wash, but when that finshed its still doing the same thing, door wont open, Ive turned the machine on and off etc but still the same. what could be the problem?

For the past week or so, when i try and check in on facebook places on my blackberry bold 9780 it wont check in and comes up with some facebook error 2002 please try again later...

It lets me search ,comes up with the right area and location etc, asks me if i want to check in, but when i click yes check in it just comes up with that error ... been like it for over a week now, ive got my locations all ON on my settings etc but nothing. It used to work fine before, i dont know if its since the new facebook app for blackberry ? I dont use places much but now and again i like to check in places but its bugging me now, ive rebooted loads, refreshed gps on device, nothing.

Any help please? x

I had my 20 week scan today, well im 19 weeks 5 days.

All was ok at first, baby was facing normal way, and told me the sex which is a boy straight away :) they was checking everything n all looked fine, but then baby moved face down and curled up near end when trying check the back and spine etc, so asked me to drink more water and go for a walk but didnt help so they have rebooked me for 10 days ,they said they needed a better look at back of spine but couldnt see it because of babys position, which like i said was face down curled up.

Its just worried me abit, the lady didnt seem worried n said everything else she checked was fine im just still worried, has this happened to anyone else? x

Im just a little concerned, basically im just over 12 weeks pregnant, I have my dating scan in 10 days (28th june).

When i was 6/7 weeks pregnant i had some light bleeding/spotting,

the bleeding went on for over a week, no pains just light blood, on the tuesday night it started first ,then the following monday i went for a early scan at my local hopsital,and they said everything was fine, we could see baby and heartbeat was there etc, and dr just said it can happen, its quite comman bla bla, at this point i had been bleeding for nearly a week, anyway i still had very light bleeding that day and for another 3 days until the thursday or friday then its stoped and i havent had any since.

Basically ive been reading stuff since online etc, like miscarriage can happen over a few days, week or so, so im scared that since that early scan i could of had a miscarriage as i was still bleeding for 3 days after the scan. Like i said i had been bleeding for nearly a week when i first had the early scan.

Like i said i should be just over 12 weeks now ,no bleeding since so thats 5 weeks or more now ,still got symptoms, sore boobs on and off , ive been sick since, sick last couple days ago, gagged alot, feeling really dizzy and light headed last couple weeks, tired on and off, been having light discharge now and again, and my stomach in past two weeks or so has gone really firm to touch , and slightly bigger it feels and looks. Im just worried though.

What do people think from what ive said?

Anyone else had bleeding for few days and all been ok at next scans etc?

I got to go for a early scan on Monday at my local hospital for a early scan at the early scan unit.

Im about 7 weeks gone, so early days, but ive had some light bleeding now and again when i go to the loo sometimes. Monday feels like years away :(

What would they do at a early scan? Would it be a normal scan or a scan through my vagina? If so, does it hurt? truthfully? I got to take a full bladder wee sample too to take with me.

Anyone had a early scan? How did they scan you etc?

Just want some advice :)

Im about 6 - 7 weeks pregnant, only early days. since this afternoon when i went to the loo, there was some blood on my pad (wear a pad just to keep fresh) it wasnt alot of blood but it was still blood, i wiped and a light pinkish blood was on the tissue, last few times ive been to the loo once or twice been no blood on tissue but other times been light pinkish blood.

Ive put another pad on and theres some more blood on the pad, not loads of blood just some ,it looks brownish on the pad but i dont know if thats just the pad ,like the material of the pad making it look brown. and just light blood still most of the time. Im not in any pain.

Im going to ring the doctors in the morning, what do you think they will do ? will they see me straight away? or will they tell me to go to the hospital?

Could they give me a scan this early to check?

Any advice from anyone whos been through this on what to expect when i ring the doctors tomorrow? Thanks all x

Booked an appointment tomorrow at the doctors to have another test done hopefully just to confirm pregnancy, but what else will doctor do?

Will the dr do any other tests or just ask a few questions etc?

What happened on your first times at the doctors?

Im from the UK , also is folic acid free on prescription? i went on the nhs official website and some others, and it said yes you can on prescription if u ask. "Where can I get folic acid supplements?

You can get folic acid supplements from pharmacies, supermarkets and health food shops. You can also get folic acid on prescription from your GP" - thats from the website.

Any advice about the doctors then?

I took three pregnancy tests and all positive, my period hasnt come for 2 / 3 weeks been late by that time, i have sore boobs and today i been feeling really sick.

Im going to ring up the doctors tomorrow to have a test done there just to confirm everything.

When i ring up, do i ask to see my doctor or the nurse/sister?? for a test? who is best?

I took two pregnancy tests earlier and there both positive, im late for my period by a couple of weeks or three, thats why i took the tests, got sore boobs, took two tests both positive.

Can they be wrong the tests?

What do i do next? Do i ring up to book with a doctor to take a test there to confirm it?

I dont know what to do next please help me x

My boyfriends pc had to be reformatted due to a power problem ,a friend of a friend of his reformated his computer but hes from what i can see, has balls it up.

Basically the internet isnt connecting at all, we cant get a connection ,just a normal eternet connection, nothing is happening, and its also asking for a windows registraion key , he has typed the one and i have on the side of his tower but its saying wrong key.

What can we do to try and solve this problem?

How much would it cost roughly to take it to a local pc repair shop to solve this? Ive been talking to a few people and they think it could be the lan card drivers and eternet drivers not installed correctly.

I think we need a new disk drive on our computer (desktop computer) it doesnt open, we need a pin to open it, and it also then dont pick up any cds inside. nothing loads. i just want to make it easier and get a brand new one, just a basic disk drive for our pc.

How much would one cost roughly in a local computer repair shop roughly would most people say? and to also install it all and fix it up for us in the shop?

My boyfriend reformatted his computer (windows xp) but he cant seem to be able to get his internet connected to it, he is on virgin media broadband, and uses a eternet cable to connect to the internet. But nothing is happeneing, his router is working fine, he can connect his wifi to his phone etc so internet is working fine its just he cant connect to the internet. nothing seems to be happening. Hes tried making new connections but not picking up nothing.

What can he do? any suggestions?
