12 weeks pregnant, bleeding at 7 weeks, worried incase...?

Im just a little concerned, basically im just over 12 weeks pregnant, I have my dating scan in 10 days (28th june).

When i was 6/7 weeks pregnant i had some light bleeding/spotting,

the bleeding went on for over a week, no pains just light blood, on the tuesday night it started first ,then the following monday i went for a early scan at my local hopsital,and they said everything was fine, we could see baby and heartbeat was there etc, and dr just said it can happen, its quite comman bla bla, at this point i had been bleeding for nearly a week, anyway i still had very light bleeding that day and for another 3 days until the thursday or friday then its stoped and i havent had any since.

Basically ive been reading stuff since online etc, like miscarriage can happen over a few days, week or so, so im scared that since that early scan i could of had a miscarriage as i was still bleeding for 3 days after the scan. Like i said i had been bleeding for nearly a week when i first had the early scan.

Like i said i should be just over 12 weeks now ,no bleeding since so thats 5 weeks or more now ,still got symptoms, sore boobs on and off , ive been sick since, sick last couple days ago, gagged alot, feeling really dizzy and light headed last couple weeks, tired on and off, been having light discharge now and again, and my stomach in past two weeks or so has gone really firm to touch , and slightly bigger it feels and looks. Im just worried though.

What do people think from what ive said?

Anyone else had bleeding for few days and all been ok at next scans etc?
