Time use of married couples?

My friends and I are doing a presentation about married couples, the longer they have married, the less time they spent for each other although they want to. We have searched for hours on Internet for official information on this issue but found no satisfying results yet.

Should you know any statistics, articles... on this problem, please inform me.

    I would maybe search for things to do with having children because in my experience you spent lots of time together at first then when you have kids you share your husband with them (less quality time!) then when the kids move out you spend more time together again
