Obama is going to shut down the Pot dispensaries in California. What happened?

even if state's legalize pot use, it's still against federal law, the fed's are cracking down on these dispensary's to shut them down. the fed also has taken away the usual business tax deductions, rent, payroll etc, thus making it nearly impossible for them to stay in business and make a profit. look it, i'm certainly no fan of obama, but in all honesty i think this eventually would have happened no matter who the president was. i live in las vegas where medical marijuana is legal and recently they have raided everyone of these dispensary's and charged them with trafficing. i really don't care one way or the other about legalizing pot, but the governement should allow pot sales and take advantage of all the taxes they could collect. city's, county's and the federal government are all broke, why end a good sourse of revenue, it's makes no sense to me, but problem #1 is we're dealing with the government.

CalOSHA allowed them to run back. An inspector had warned them, they pronounced that they had corrected it, yet seems they hadn't. The penalty is to be close down back. infrequently libs, m'costly. the 2d tale shows what a gullible individual you're. The third tale is from seven months in the past; that subject no longer exists.
