    hey,

so i can only suggest one thing, which would be to get your throids checked.

i dont remember which way it is but if you have a underactive or overactive throyid you will either get cold flushes, or hot flushes..

the throyid is something to do with your throat, but it is very improtant that it is always running right, or medication is needed.

maybe have an appointment with your doctor and then see about having a blood test, this will check your throyids and all of your other levels in your body.

you could also be low or have too much of a certian vitamin/thing in your body.. so maybe you should just get checked over to be safe.

    take care :)

Some of us are just freezy people.

What you described is life to me. And might I also mention I really hate people telling me I'm not freezing to death.

People: we know when we're cold. Please do not tell us we're not cold when we are clearly shivering and turning blue.

I don't know why we're like this. And it's not a weight issue, I froze when I was super thin, and now I've got a good bit of weight on me and guess what? Still colder than others think I should be.

The good thing about your own place is you don't have to freeze and wear jackets indoors.

The only solution I've found is to move somewhere warm.

Oh, and if you live somewhere damp, that seems to make you colder too.

Source(s): I can't even tell you how much I totally loathe being cold.

Your iron level is probally low . I am anemic (dont know if i spelled it right) and i get very cold when i dont take my iron vitamens , drink enough water etc you should go to a heaLth store and get vitamens that have magnesiam, calcium, and iron or just iron but first check with a doctor to make sure

quite possibly the problem is physical and very simple

we are warm blooded creatures and to generate that warmth we require energy

energy we generate by consuming and processing food

if you don't eat enough or you don't eat foods providing enough calories your body will not be able to keep up with normal heat loss and you feel cold

this is exasperated if there is less body fat as in slim people like us
