What's it like to live in Flint, Michigan today??? Is it a high crime area?

There is a piece of real estate that I'm looking at purchasing....thanks.

    I wish you the best, but hope you have other alternatives to consider.

    Crime is way high, employment way low. Poor city services and waste & inefficiency at many levels, both private & public.

    Brutal winters are another factor to take into account.

    VERY high unemployment.

    watch Michael Moore's (1st) film "Roger and Me".

    Flint hasnt changed much....unfortunately.

    @Jack Detroit is number one Flint is number four.

    I wouldn't suggest living there, I've heard some things.
