Very personal question... Serious answers only please! I need to know if any one else has ever heard of this?!?
My uterus hurts. It aches all over & both sides the Fallopian tubes seem to ache. My husband & I have been using condoms except on rare occasions. Then he used the withdrawal method. I seem to remember a feeling like this pain before... But the thing is the memory is very vague as it is attached to an old sexual assault? So why is it trying to be a problem for me now? Is it more likely a UTI or a PID? Sorry if this is a tmi question but I would greatly appreciate any insights you may have? Thank you for your time & answers... :)

I suppose the first question should be, What do YOU think it is? And I'm not being facetious here, but serious, as you requested.
First, see a gyno in order to rule out medical issues. Then if that doesn't do it...
There are hints in what you have said that lead me to believe that you suspect an old sexual assault has triggered unpleasant memories in you that that started when your husband withdrew. Quite possibly. You should listen to your instincts. Sometimes they know more than you do. That is why if a gyno can't find anything wrong with you, your next stop should be a counselor/psychologist that can help you sort things out.
First thing a counselor is going to do is ask the same question I just did, in order to get you talking about it. Pretty amazing sometimes what emerges after that. Sometimes we know deep-down what the real deal is, we just need someone to talk to in order to find it.
Oh, and the "withdrawal method" is NOT a reliable form of birth-control. Not even close. BTDT. Even the Rhythm Method works better than that one does.

I worked in the beauty industry for many years where personal issues are often on topic and I have heard this before. I have also had friends that have had this occur, when they ovulate, and can be in terrible pain in the same areas you described, however it is something that only lasts 1 or 2 hours intensely but is very tender for 5 or 6 hours. Some ladies have found it occurs every month where others only on one side, so every second month, The pain comes on quite quickly, and subsides just as quick
Not being a doctor I can only give you a possible explanation, but you should see a doctor if you feel this is not a natural occurrence.
Hope this is nothing more than what I have explained.

It could be PID (pelvic Inflammatory disease) but if you have already have an std screen than more than likely it's not an std. If the pain is like a needle poking at time and it painful come and goes that what it sound like PID. but you should get to your doctor and get it check out. could be something serious if not an std. like ovarian cyst, eptopic pregnancy blood clot if you were on any type of birth control etc.
