why didn't hbk get a single clear victory over hhh in their 3 year long feud?

now everyone must agree with the fact that hbk is one of the greatest performer(probably the greatest) of alltime in wrestling industry.when michaels returns in 2002 hhh turned on hbk and they started feuding each other.there had been a unsanctioned street fight,3 stages of hell,last man standing ,hell in a cell and other standart wrestling matches throughout these three years on ppvs and monday night raw episodes.hbk pinned hhh in their unsanctioned street fight with a rollup,although hhh dominated throughout the match and attacked hbk with a sledgehammer after the match,so technically its just a pinfall for hbk,not a clear victory,cause hhh looked stronger after the match.after that in 3 years they fought each others numerous times,but none of these matches were alloted to hbk.hhh swept clearly in 3 stages of hell matches at armageddon(2002) and hell in a cell match at bad blood(2004).hhh won it anyway at taboo tuesday(2004) too.their royal rumble(2004) match ended in a double count out.hbk never got a single legitimate victory over hhh in any of raw episodes also.wwe prolonged the rivalry from 2002-2004,but never let hbk shine.and what about hhh!!! why did he refuse to job clearly to the greatest performer of alltime and his buddy hbk for a single time.wasn't it sarcastic?hhh turned on hbk at 2002,they started the feud,hhh almost beated hbk in every singles matches,looked hbk weak and thus triumphed over the hbk.now dont get me wrong i know there are many hhh fan out there.and i am not a die hard hhh-hater or a hbk fan.actually back in 2000 i enjoyed hhh matches very much.but now with no defiance i can say that hhh did every possible thing in the world to bury hbk.a single loss does not get you buried.but isn't constantly losing to the same guy in several manner on different occation called 'burying'.but the problem is its not rvd or booker t,its 'mr wrestlemania' hbk shawn michaels.at least mr wrestlemania cann't be buried.share your opinions please.i am thristy for answers.(dont count the survivor series 2002 eec match,it was a six-pack challance,still hhh looked strong in the match)
