Can you please give me a dilemma that is associated with teamwork?

Not everyone thinks the same so when it comes to solving a problem there could possibly be different views. Picking the best solution would then be a dilemma for the team leader in making the choice to solve the problem. Also the problem could involve short and long term corrective action so although a problem could be solved immediately a solution would have to be found for the future, again another dilemma in making the correct decision. Another dilemma is that if each of the team members have a task to undertake and one of the members are absent for some reason then the team would have to temporarily adjust accordingly.
