What to bring to eat for my month long trip?
I'm going out of town for four weeks. My hotel is going to have a microwave and mini fridge. I'm going to get to come home on the weekends and the hotel is providing breakfast, but what should I bring for lunch and dinner foods during the weekdays?
Oh I'm sharing the room with someone I don't know and I don't know if she's planning on bringing food too...

Plan on mostly high quality nutritious snack foods - nuts, dried fruit, and so on. Bring a few microwave meals that you can buy off the shelf in the grocery store. A loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter might be a good idea, and maybe some sandwich meat. Pick up fruit that travels well, such as apples. Keep a few juice boxes in the fridge.

Id bring a lot of fluids, water, juice ginger ale if you may get sick on the trip, snacks like dried fruits, easy things to cook in the microwave like frozen dinner meals (example: hungry-man, swanson), canned soup because you can just add water (if required) and put in the microwave. crackers etc
