Can you buy Walt Disney World tickets at the gate?

No don't say "Hurr durr buy it online" because the ******* website for Walt Disney World in Orlando breaks everytime I go to check out and the customer service lines are broken, I've tried. I just want a ticket so I can go with my girlfriend tomorrow. Do they have a gate I can buy a park hopper pass at? We're planning on starting at MGM, or Hollywood Studios, whatever the hell it's called now.

I am 99.99% sure that you can buy tickets at the gate. If not, then I am sorry. I have yet to encounter a theme park where you can’t buy tickets at the gate.

    Have fun with your girlfriend!

Don't purchase anywhere except from an authorized dealer, and there are very few of them. That's the number one thing to remember, because there are scams out there. To be sure, just buy from the parks directly. Everbody is competitors, so you will have to buy them separately. There is not one ticket that you can buy to include everything.

Animal Kingdom IS Disney World. Disney World is Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom, and the two water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. You can get a multi-day ticket to cover all of this from Disney.

Universal owns Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure and you can buy tickets from their website. Sea World is another company to buy Discovery Cove and Aquatica.

Everything costs - nothing is going to be free. If you cannot understand the websites, you may want to consider using a travel agent. If you work for a large organization, you may be part of Tickets At Work, where you can buy them all cheaper.

You can buy them at the gate. Problem is that everyone else does it so expect long lines.

That is why getting them online or at a tourist bureau on International Drive is better. Heck, your hotel might sell Disney tickets as well.

If you are driving to the park, stop at Downtown Disney and buy your tickets. There will not be a line.

The Magic Kingdom is the only park that you can't buy them at the gate. They are sold at the Ticket and Transportation Center before you take the monorail or boat to the gate to go to The Magic Kingdom.

They are also sold at Downtown Disney, any Disney Store east of the Mississippi (they sell tickets to Disneyland in California in the west), and AAA.

The only places I'm aware you can buy them is through AAA, online, and some (Few) banks. I am completely positive that you can NOT buy them at the gate, which you probably figured out today. There are other websites you can buy the tickets from, other than the main Disney website.

Yes, you most definitely CAN purchase tickets at the gate. I have personally done so before (although it isn't as convenient at purchasing them online, but if it won't work for you, it won't work). Have fun tomorrow! :)

You sure can bye them at the gate - they have all the options that would be available to you online.
