You can download a Torrent application/software. The best is VUZE:
Download VUZE
Then download the torrent file:

For Fifa 12 - http://www.kat.ph/fifa-12-reloaded-t5868597.html
Once you have downloaded the torrent, open it with VUZE and it will download!

You can't. But try in a p2p (Ares, Limewire) and go to search, Fifa2008. So, Bye!
