I spent $1780 USD building a PC, is it a gaming PC?

The most disappointing part of the build is the GPU. Since the prices of GPU's has boosted and I had trouble finding some in stock at reasonable prices, I went with a GTX 1660 super (isn't good enough but will replace). I also want to replace the Ryzen 5 5600x with something better.

It's whatever you use it for!

As a gaming machine, I'd class that as mid-range by current standards. A  lot of online sellers would claim it to be high end.

A GTX1660 Super is pretty much the best GPU card available, below the crazy priced RTX cards.

Put a Ryzen 9 3900 or 3950 in it in place of the Ryzen 5 and you definitely have a machine that will run any present game very well.

Nope, just expensive. I did better for less almost 2 years ago.
