I need some advice on the "L word"?

Question

Okay... so, I really like my girlfriend right? Like really really like her.. problem is, we've only been dating a month and 9 days... and we're also only 16... so I'm thinking it could be too soon and what i'm feeling could be infatuation... but, this doesn't seem like infatuation, like I can still live my life and I'm not completely obsessed with her. But she makes me happy and I just feel like the only words that can express how I'm feeling is "I love you"... and the perfect time to say it would be tonight at homecoming... but, I'm starting to wonder if it's right. Cuz it seems right, but I'm not sure it just seems so soon... and I'm also kindof afraid of what will come next... I mean, we've already unintentionally (or at least without completely thinking it through) gotten to second base, if "love" comes into the picture, how much faster are things gunna go for us? Please any serious advice is appreciated.

If at the time it feels right to tell her you love her then go for it, if it doesnt then you can always just tel her that she means so much to you or that she makes you feel happy/good. If you mean it then that will mean just as much to her as if you say you love her.

And as for the bases thing, just because you tell her you love her doesnt mean you have to get into that kind of thing. I've got friends that have been together for over a year and they haven't moved past kissing and cuddling, you move at whatever pace feels right for the both of you.

just tell her! (: go for it
like pull her into the middle of the dance floor, tell her, and then kiss her or something!
if you feel like its right just do it and you won't regret it
it might make things go a little faster, but it depends on your girlfriend and how far she's willing to go at this age.
