Can You Still Go Abroad If You Have A Warrant Out For Your Arrest?

Warrants for non appearance at magistrates courts and crown courts are issued every day in the UK. I don't believe for one minute that the airport authorities have access to that information. If you're wanted on an international arrest warrant or being sought by the police for a high profile crime such as murder then my guess is that airports will be alerted. So, my answer to your question is - you can all but try.....

Depends how you leave the country and where the warrant is from. If you need to go, I recommend going across the border on foot or if you have to fly then leave from a state that has no reciprocity with the one where the warrant is.
Don't listen to all these people who are scared, you will be fine. Do you really think anyone has the time to chase you down? We have a hard enough time deporting people we know are illegal, and have a hard enough time serving warrants for really bad criminals. Unless you have been on Americas Most Wanted or you are on the FBI most wanted I would not even think twice about it.
Plus, depending on how long ago the warrant was issued it might not even be in the system yet, so you might want to get going soon after reading this answer.

Why dont you just deal with the offence by giving yourself up. The longer you leave it the worse it will get. You obviously will have to stay overnight, so better to go early morning. Courts sit around 2.

Sure. You'll flash up on the UKBA's computers and be arrested either on your way out or your way back in, but you can certainly go ahead and book a flight if you want to...

No..but it all depends on how efficient the system is as to whether you'll get caught
