Is " 저 학생이에요?" ..."Are you a student?"?
I know 저 학생이에요. means I am a student. if change my tone as if it were a question, does it mean "are you a student?'

저 means I . 학생이에오 ( a student ).
So, "Are you a student?" is not "저 학생이에요?" .
But instead, "학생이에요?" , "넌 학생이에요?" ( Are you a student? ).
Don't forget the tone ;)!

Well, if by ì you mean ì 기 (excuse me) then that would make sense, but only if you say them separately. It's not really a good idea to say it like that though. If you don't want to confuse the listener just say ì 기, íìì´ìì? or just take out the "excuse me" part entirely. It's much easier to understand.
