2 ATPs were invested to glucose in mitochondrial but the by the end of glycolysis produces 4 ATPs, so the total net of ATPs during glycolysis is 2 ATPs. (-2 + 4 = 2).

    And 2 Pyruvates.

    2 pyruvate (the glucose split)

    2 NADH

    -2ATP and +4 ATP= net of +2 ATP

2NADH , 2 pyruvates, 36ATP for skeletal muscle , 38ATP heart muscle, the reason for 36ATP for skeletal muscle is because 2NADH needs to be converted to2 FADA to produce 4 ATP for entering electron transport system .
