Question about Steam platform?

Hi guys, I decided to purchase Football Manger 2012 via Steam. Since I have 2 computers, I would like to know if I download it on 1 computer, do I need to redownload in order to play on another computer?

(My broadband is paid by quota, that means download twice will cost more.)

Thank.

You can download it from one, and then copy the files from C:\Program FIles\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Football Manager 2012 (or whatever the right folder name is) from one computer to the other.

You'll still have to 'install' it on the second computer, but it'll see that most of the files are there and only download a few extra bits that it needs.

And of course, you can only play it on one computer at a time.

Yes, unfortunately, you will have to re-download the steam client and games. I just got a new laptop myself and I am in the process of downloading and installing 15 or so games already on my pc.
