My grandson and his girlfriend are naming there baby this. How would pronounce it.

I would go with the Spanish pronunciation: "HAH vee air," but that's me. It's a bit smoother than pronouncing the consonant "X" at the beginning of the name.
Most people I've known with that name pretty much respond to any way it's pronounced. My advice would be to pronounce it as your grandson and his girlfriend do.

I really love this name because of charles xavier from X-men and to pronounce it start by saying X then say A then V then ER and thats the best way i can put it.

I pronounce it as [ex-AYV-yur]. I love it :D It's such a cool name! And so fun! I have it as a middle name on my top favorites list paired as Miles Xavier :)
