Is the Apple app "Free Music Download Pro" for $0.99 legal and safe?

Of course, in the description it says it's legal, and I assume because its available through the app store it's legal and safe, but I didn't want to download it without asking first.

Please, if you don't mind, mention your sources.

    Anything from the app store is L.E.G.A.L and S.A.F.E

    If it costs $0.99 its not free. Apple is trying to fool you.
