On ebay, how many good selling experiences do I have to have in order to get my Paypal funds quicker?

A verified PayPal account usually helps alot in this scenario but then again, they can and they have impose random screening / hold. They are just weird since ebay owns them. Major factor is to have no disputes / claim (on ebay) against you. Oh, and one more thing - you as an seller, leave feedback for your buyer right away - this will prompt them to leave you one in return, ultimately resulting in a good PayPal account (without holds) cause they would release your earnings as soon a positive feedback is received.

By the way, have you considered having your own storefront? You might want to look into it cause it's a perfect parallel branding methodology to have your own online-store...

Then you need to budget for the shipping expense when you list. Paypal has never approved of financing anything out of the auction winning bid.

The 2-3 week hold enforcement has been widespread as of late. I sell off and on and have good feedback and I got hit with it. I mailed promptly and the hold was dropped at 1 week.
