How much damage have i ?AND what can i do to rectify it and make him chase me again?

So my ex and i broke up 4 moths ago.After we broke up i made a huge mistake and bombarded him with texts and calls.İ stopped this about 4 weeks ago when i finally came to my senses.The reason i acted this way was that i was incredibly hurt at the way he could just walk out of my life and i already knew how much he hated people texting him and as childish as it sounds at the time it seemed like the only way i could get back at him.İ wasn't thinking clearly.The thing is i still have feelings for him.He is 34 im 22.So last night i thought i saw someone that looked a lot like him and sent him this text " was that u?" he didn't answer to which i sent him one last text saying "i guess my mind was playing dirty tricks on me;) Have fun tonight=)" How much damage have i done?He hasn't answered either text?How do i get him back?Should i send him something else?Call him?

ps:İt turned out that the man i saw wasn't him, i doubled back to take another look at the man last night.But by the time i realized this i had already sent him the first text.İ realize how i acted was childish, stupid and did nothing but push him further away.The problem is i still have deep feelings for him and if he can get passed the way i acted and spends time with me im pretty sure that he will realize he still has feelings for me.İf i stop texting him then i will not have a single chance of getting him back.This may sound childish but what if i started to hang around the places he does with better looking guys then him, or slept with his best friend??Something like that to get him jelous.Do you think that would work?
