Could I be pregnant? Is the morning after pill safe?

So last night I made a huge mistake and had sex with my boyfriend without a condom. I know he has no STDs so don't worry about that, what I'm worried about is getting pregnant. I don't remember the last date of my period is was sometime between the 2nd and 13th of this month.

What are my chances of getting pregnant?

Another question I have is whether or not the morning after pill is safe for me to take, I'm on a bunch of different medicines and I only have one ovary. I can't talk to my mom about this I just want to know if it is safe before I ask the health center at school about it. I'm 16 btw.

Please answer my questions.

Update:

I can't make an appointment with my doctor without telling my mom. I'm not worried about my ovary unless I take the morning after pill.

Update 2:

I can get the pill from the health center at my school without being 18, I think I will because I really don't want to get pregnant.

you could be no way of knowing for sure, the morning after pill is only good in the first 72 hours then sooner then better. I pill is about 50 dollars per pill, you only need one. I took it at 16 two times and 4 years later i was able to get pregnant. Your doc will tell you that its safe but anyone under 18 should not take it. BTW you need to be at lest 18 to get the pill.

Make an appointment go see your family doctor right away as you say you only have on ovary better to be safe than sorry. And as you only have one ovary, best to discuss with you doctor the best available contraception's for you and that are suitable for you so you don't get into this situation again. Good Luck.
