If I ban someone from my Facebook page, will they be notified?

I'm an admin for a business FB page and I'm wondering if I ban someone, will they get a notification? I've heard they can still see the page but cannot post on it. Is that true? Thanks!

    no notifications at all, you might have someone who has banned you and you may not even know it O.O
