How long/what temp to bake meatloaf?
I plan on making two smaller meatloaves (about 1lb each or so) .. I need to know what temp (375F?) and for how long to cook them.. thanks!

350 for about 45 mins...but check at 30 mins,,,

If you are talking about a regular sized loaf pan, I bake it for one hour at 350 degrees.
It doesn't matter if you have one pan or two pans -- same as if you were cooking two fried eggs -- you wouldn't double the cooking time.
