Complete let down and total surprise?

Movies that totally let you down and vice versa.

I was so looking forward to "Your Highness" and it sucked balls.

On the other hand, there is a little known film with The Office's Ed Holmes "Cedar Rapids" which I didn't expect much from and i loved it.
